1. Circulating water replacement and tank cleaning: laser tube filled with circulating water, the quality and temperature of circulating water directly affects the service life of laser tube. Due to the hot weather, the water in water tank is very easy to muddy, therefore, periodic replacement of circulating water and cleaning of the tank will be good for the Laser engraving machine. Best replace the water every half month.

2. Exhaust fan and an exhaust pipe. Exhaust pipe cleaning:  smoke pipe and exhaust pipe which has accumulated a lot of solid dust, let the wind generate to a large, and is not conducive to the exhaust and odor removal. When there is inadequate suction exhaust fan, to clean dust out of the fan;

5. Recommended for each month to regularly check the fastening;
. optical inspection, optical system of the machine is completed jointly by the focusing mirror reflection and the focusing mirror, in optical focusing mirror does not exist offset problem, but three mirror is by the mechanical part fixed, offset the possibility is larger, although usually not send offset, but suggested that each time a user before be sure to check the light path is normal.

7 every one week must check the lubrication oil filling condition, if there is no need to apply to the machine guide lubrication oil; to maintain the lubrication of the moving parts, to extend the X, Y, Z axis of the service life;

8 before starting work every day, we must check the mirror and the pollution of the surface of the mirror, and clean the optical lens in time to ensure its service life;
